- All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may change if the scope of work changes.
- Orders are only confirmed once a deposit is received (if applicable).
- Full payment may be required before work begins, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to receive a refund of any deposit paid.
- If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, we reserve the right to retain the deposit to cover costs.
- Custom work (e.g. printed wraps or signage) may not be refundable once production has started.
5. Turnaround & Completion
- We will make every effort to complete work by agreed timelines, but delays may occur due to weather, supplier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We will notify you promptly if there is any delay.
6. Vehicle Preparation & Inspection
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is clean and free of wax, oil, or dirt before wrapping. Additional charges may apply if we need to clean the vehicle.
- Any existing damage (dents, scratches, paint issues) must be disclosed prior to the service. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects.
- After wrapping, the vehicle must not be washed for at least 48 hours.
7. Warranty & Care
- Wraps are covered under a 12-month warranty for material defects and installation issues, subject to proper care.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper maintenance or cleaning
- Accidents, scratches, or vandalism
- Use of high-pressure washers or abrasive products
- For best results, hand washing is recommended.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including text, images, graphics, and logos) is the property of Superior Wraps or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superior Wraps shall not be liable for:
